Head Coach Jake Wohlfeil
Coaching Experience:
Coach Wohlfeil has been the Head Coach at South Granville since the 2011-2012 season. Prior to coming to South Granville, Coach Wohlfeil spent two years as a Graduate Assistant at Liberty Univeristy. Prior to being in Lynchburg, Coach Wohlfeil spent one year as a middle school coach in Nashville, Tennessee.
Playing Experience:
Coach Wohlfeil graduated from La Jolla high school in San Diego, California and went on to play one year at New Hampton Prep in New Hampton, New Hampshire. From there, Coach Wohlfeil played 4 years at Campbell University.
Family:
Coach Wohlfeil is married to the amazing Mandy Currin Wohlfeil. They have a daughter, Laney Pearl and a son, Ryder. Coach Wohlfeil's parents (Joel and Rachel) and siblings (older brother Ben and younger sister Clare) all live in San Diego.
